This study is part of a professorial research carried out by the Group CONTAR of Mariana University, aimed to determine the status of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) inside companies of Nariño department, taking in this case the health sector. The main objective is to determine the perceptions, practices and expectations of CSR in the internal dimension of the object of study in accordance with ISO 26000 Regulation. The research adopted a mixed approach where the qualitative references the expectations of the focal group, and the quantitative determines the perceptions and practices of CSR. The approach was investigative; the type of study was descriptive, developed through case study as a research method. The data collection instrument allowed identifying the perceptions and determining the practices of CSR, their analysis and systematization through the SPSS statistical package. The results suggest the need for policies, programs, projects and activities related to compliance with CSR, given that the adoption of these practices will help improve the level of commitment as having the organization.
