This paper presents the development, implementation and evaluation of the proposed intervention developed within the Instituto de Orientación Santo Ángel, that treat teenagers who must meet a process of punishment for their misconduct, which triggered the intervention in this population. The process was developed from a qualitative methodology that allowed personal interaction with reality faced by individuals in their daily lives, and implementation of data collection instruments, such as document review and meetings of active participation, which enabled address the information necessary to achieve the proposed development of qualification from the formative practice. The results showed that the population under study presents problems in terms of lack of social skills due to dysfunctional family nuclei and social environments that do not offer adequate participation scenarios to face their intrapersonal and interpersonal reality.
