The primary objective of this study was to enhance social learning in educational settings through educational play with the goal of reducing disruptive behaviors. To this end, qualitative methodology and action research were used. The results of the descriptive analysis of the narratives of each participant revealed the possible causes of the occurrence of disruptive actions. These findings underscore the importance of pedagogical principles for taking an active role in early childhood and promoting self-control and socialization. Finally, it should be noted that parenting guidelines should be based on respect, as they allow children to resolve behaviors through dialogue, thus achieving group well-being.
