Description
The objective of this research was to understand the importance of soft skills from the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution in the Psychology Interns of the Universidad Popular del Cesar. Understanding that soft skills are associated with personality traits, therefore, the professional of this era must have socioemotional competencies that do not focus on the set of knowledge, but include skills that are acquired through learning, practice and experience. In this sense, the study consisted of three stages: descriptive, structural and analysis of the information. The discussion of the results revolved around those relevant aspects coming from the interpretation of the data obtained through the in-depth interview conducted with four members of the Psychology program who participate in the professional practices, which allowed the researcher to know their opinions regarding the categories addressed. It was concluded that the interns know the soft skills and their importance on their future as Psychology professionals in the current labor market, marked by technology, virtuality and the immediacy of both production and useRelated items
