This article presents the results obtained in thedesign of a therapeutic guide to students from fifthgrade reflecting poor posture, with the purpose ofpromoting the adoption of postural habits duringtheir school day. The research was of a mixed nature; the population consisted of 30 fifth graders of School Luis Eduardo Romo in the village of Buesaquillo. To perform the analysis of information, instrument Postural Valuation inSchool was applied, resulting in inadequate and constant postural habits such as: bent back, load and supported forces higher than 3kg, seated position taken most of the time at the school day.
