Descripción
This article is a thematic review of the creative attitudes and behaviors in the teaching performance, becoming the axes in the research called “Creative attitudes and behaviors in the performance of teachers of the Preschool Education Degree at Universidad Mariana” whose objective is, identify from theoretical foundations, the creative attitudes and behaviors of teachers in their performance in the classroom in order to improve teaching and learning process in the Faculty of Education. The review was done by qualitative approach and literature review, with an intra and intertextual analysis technique, through the cataloguing data. The results of the theoretical revision raise creativity in teacher performance as a variable from which arise cognitive, evaluative and praxiological dimensions, supporting empowerment categories of independence in student thinking, promoting integration of the group, flexibility in their positions and motivational affection.
