This research focuses on the development of strengthening of Basic Thinking Skills (BTS) as a pedagogical strategy to strengthen the teaching-learning in the Municipal Education Center Santa Teresita Sede Mojondinoy. It is based on the theory of complex thought as epistemological basis, and analysis of the School Environmental Project (SEP) of the institution, as a guiding elements of a proposal for intervention through a primer. This enabled through the epistemological review, related to the construction of complex thought as a possibility of understanding the nature and man, will succeed in gathering the necessary considerations that allow, along with the pedagogical practice, the primer is resolved as a the tool for use in classroom from the development of BTS, taking the research as educational point of departure.
