The challenges that higher education assumes, linked to the educational mission in the midst of a changing society, lead in particular to an alarming, complex and multifaceted situation, affecting in the first instance young people, who, due to financial difficulties, lack of adaptation to change, motivation, projection with the selected career and leaden goals, are those who abandon their studies, thus failing to complete the academy. Although there is a large gap between skills and knowledge, the negative impact on the self-esteem and confidence of young people is even more complex.
