Descripción
International cooperation and teacher training are mutually reinforcing, since higher education in recent decades has been proposing and implementing rapid and challenging changes for the transformations that are taking place worldwide. Therefore, academic processes are supported by the implementation of these changes; this is where institutional organizations facilitate easing, which considers an integral process that seeks aspects of academic life: management mobility, teaching mobility and student mobility. In this sense, the main objective of this review article is to analyze internationalization in higher education, not as an end in itself, but as a means to strengthen teacher education. This approach aims to improve the projection of development, increase the transfer of knowledge and promote scientific progress. It also addresses the implementation of internationalization policies, highlighting the main challenges it faces, such as positioning itself globally through a high level of technical rigor, by identifying, sharing and making visible its experiences. Finally, it is emphasized that the development of collaborative work as a dynamic axis of interactive, innovative and social learning within the organizational and academic university culture, allows access to a leadership aware of the needs of the community, its interests and optimization within the growth, to consolidate short, medium and long term objectives.
