Descripción
The objective of this research was to know the state of neuroeducation in the training, self-perception, and foresight of primary school teachers. The study, under the quantitative approach, using the hypothetical-deductive method, with a descriptive-correlational scope and a non-experimental design, was carried out based on the hypothesis of the existence of a correlation between the lack of teacher training in neuroeducation and the implementation of neuro didactics in Durango classrooms. The sample consisted of 100 teachers from the Center for Research and Innovation for Educational Development, Professor Rafael Ramírez Unit, located in the city of Durango, Mexico. In order to measure the state of neuroeducation in the teachers in the sample, a Likert scale-type instrument was designed, in which six dimensions were measured: previous training in the area of neuroeducation; self-perception of knowledge in neuroeducation; barriers and difficulties for the application and use of neuroeducation; importance of neuroeducation in teaching practice; knowledge about basic neuroeducational aspects; and, willingness to train and to implement neuroeducation in the classroom. As a result of the analysis of the data obtained, some findings in previous research are confirmed, which supports the conclusions drawn by the instrument to establish that there is a significant correlation with the proposed hypothesis.
