This article shows a compilation against the results found in the topics Mental Load, Work Stress, Emotions, Communication, treated during the development of the project, which focused on improving these factors in the collaborators of the assistance and administrative services , located at risk after the application of the Gloria Villalobos Psychosocial Risk Battery, carried out in a hospital in the city of Pasto, which is characterized by the medium and high complexity of the population in southwestern Colombia. The methodology used was focused on a qualitative model, where interviews and activities called campaigns were used, due to the lack of time and the availability of employees for participation in them.
