Knowing the issues related to integral well-being improves the quality of life of users and patients at the Hospital San Pedro Foundation. A diagnostic process was carried out to locate their needs. In order to achieve the general objective, it was proposed to perform a psychodynamic accompaniment for emergency, hospitalization, surgical and gynecology-obstetrics patients of the Foundation. We used a qualitative paradigm which is framed in a type of ethnographic study, making use of the semi-structured interview, with a critical-social approach. The reason for real psychodynamic consultation, mental examination, protective factors, risk factors and their respective intervention were identified for each patient. A favorable social environment was created, managing to reduce the damage caused by the different factors that aggravate mental health of people, making them obtain enough information to effectively develop in their different activities globally.
