In the present article, a theoretical review of important topics is made, which contribute significantly to the areas of work orientation, among them, the quality of life at work, work well-being, university orientation zone, work orientation zone, active listening, promotion of lifestyles and communication in organizations. The search is contrasted with the activities carried out in the organization, which is aimed at improving the work well-being and quality of life of its employees. The methodology used was the bibliographic review of important sources, instruments were implemented that allowed to measure the subjective well-being; In addition, the process of professional practice carried out by the authors of this article was taken into account. Based on the results, it was determined that the well-being and quality of life of the collaborators presents a moderate range, which implies the need to reach a higher level, so that people feel comfortable at work and personal level.
