Objective: To evaluate an inclusive education program in a school in the city of Pasto. Materials and methods: Quantitative evaluative study, carried out in a private school, applying an interview with five directors, 15 teachers, and 16 parents of students with disabilities, in addition to a documentary analysis of the information that supports the school’s inclusive education program. Results: The school has an inclusive education program, but does not present evidence of the implementation process, 60% of the managers say they know quite a lot about the legislative and institutional elements of inclusive education, the opposite of the teachers of the institution (80%) and parents (68.75%), who express little knowledge on the subject. Conclusions:The results obtained show that the institution does not fully comply with the basic requirements for inclusive education, despite having initiated the process before 2017, which evidences the need to establish the innovative comprehensive care route that facilitates the appropriation of the inclusive education program in the institution.
