Description
The research focused its main objective towards the effectiveness of the application between the conventional methodology and a virtual learning object in relation to the topic ‘Chemical reactions’ in students of the tenth grade of the Municipal Educational Institution Antonio Nariño of San Juan de Pasto, Nariño department. The research was carried out from the quantitative paradigm with an empirical analytical approach. The type of applied research corresponded to a comparative descriptive study. The population was made up of teachers and students from the Chemistry area of tenth grade of secondary education.The results obtained showed that, from the pre-test and post-test applied to both the experimental group and the control group, learning is more effective with the application of the OVA, since being a dynamic means of learning, the results improved notoriously. It was concluded that the interaction with the virtual object and the activities that promote autonomy in learning guarantee a more dynamic process, which motivates the student to achieve educational objectives.Related items
