This article of reflection explains the components of a Pedagogical Proposal as an academic achievement of research, expressed in its essential objective, which consisted in identifying sociodemographic and pedagogical and teaching and learning characteristics with a constructivist approach and its applications, Meaningful learning and Metacognition, in the work of the teachers of the ‘Particular Educational Unit Ecuadorian Swiss’ of the city of Quito and the ‘Particular Educational Unit Oviedo’ of the city of Ibarra in Ecuador, for the design of a pedagogical proposal applicable to these educational institutions.The reflection is valid because it shares the thematic structuring process of the pedagogical proposal, the concatenation of its teleological, axiological, strategic and structural components, to make possible the creation of a new pedagogical and investigative scenario, with guidelines to renew the curriculum. From the technological point of view, links are provided to make visible the use of technologies within the thematic development.
