Descripción
The main aim of this article was to analyze the ethical-economic arguments in the education plans in Co-lombia between the periods of 1990 to 2014. The methodology is qualitative, descriptive analytical court. The main conclusion is that the tendency of the arguments in this period, is based on the ideology of neoliberalism, where human resource training is conceived as a factor of production that must be aligned to the productive apparatus, for the sake of competitiveness in a world that tends to become globalized, where ethics is based on the returns to education in a free market economy that comes from the postulates of Becker, Shultz, Friedman Hayek and Nozick, among others.Key words: Economics, Ethics, education plans.ABSTRACT
