Description

The present research was developed in a stimulation center for infants, as part of the occupational therapy training process, with the aim of promoting motor and processing skills through intervention strategies based on early stimulation and neuroeducation, to favor the occupational fields of the users. The project involved the participation of 20 people and was developed in three phases: first, the evaluation of the users in the age groups 0 to 6 years and 6 to 12 years; second, the occupational therapy interventions were carried out from early stimulation and neuroeducation; and third, the evaluation and intervention process were analyzed. The results were significant for the beneficiaries, since the necessary skills were promoted for an adequate participation in occupations, using play as a therapeutic intervention tool.
