Aportes del Acompañamiento en Trabajo Social a Jóvenes con Medida Judicial del Sistema de Responsabilidad Penal del ICBF: Reconstrucción de una Experiencia en la Fundación Righetto

Abstract

The systematization of experiences is a fundamental tool in the analysis of interventions, allowing understanding and improving future processes and generating significant learning (Jara O, 2006). Researchers value experience as a learning resource, promoting group work and rigorous verification of information. In this context, the Social Worker plays a crucial role in the implementation of actions to restore the rights of adolescents and youth, in accordance with Law 1098 of 2006 and its reform in 2018. This process is essential to identify behavioural problems and risk factors in young people, adopting a systemic approach that includes the socio-familial context.

From a hermeneutic perspective, systematization recognizes that the behaviour of a member affects the family unit and that the socio-family environment influences the development of young people. This approach allows a comprehensive and assertive attention to family dynamics, underlining the importance of interdisciplinary work. In Nariño, the systematization focused on the System of Criminal Responsibility for Adolescents (SRPA) is novel and significant, improving care for young people who have served a sanction measure and strengthening their life projects.

This work contributes to strengthening the life project of young people, improving institutional processes and benefiting both young people and their families. It will also generate recommendations for future interventions, strengthening the social fabric and guaranteeing the restoration of rights.
