Description
Objective: To identify the contextual factors and pedagogical strategies that influence attention to learning in children of the Nueva Generación Child Development Center in the city of Ipiales. Materials and methods: Qualitative research of action research type, with a sample of 3 teachers, to whom an interview and a field diary were applied. Results: the participation of activities that involve play are one of the elements that allow stimulating the attention of children from three to four years old who are in the integral development centers. Conclusions: The pedagogical strategies used by the teachers in most cases are focused on strengthening the creativity, imagination, skills, abilities, capacities of the children, since it focuses the attention of the children, as they are designed according to the tastes and preferences, facilitating the development of communicative skills.
