Description
The objective of the research was to implement a didactic strategy for learning mathematics mediated by social networks in third-grade students of the Bello Horizonte Educational Institution in the municipality of Valledupar, Cesar. It was framed in the post-positivist paradigm, under the Pedagogical Action Research method. Its design was deployed in three phases: deconstruction of the pedagogical practice (reflection, diagnosis, and reflection); reconstruction (action and observation); and evaluation of the effectiveness of the practice (self-reflection). The population consisted of 30 students. A written test for diagnosis and a field diary for systematization were used as instruments. A didactic strategy of interaction based on mathematics was designed, entitled ‘With social networks, we learn mathematics’. Results indicate that the students mastered the activities developed correctly. Therefore, it is concluded that the planned mathematical competencies were consolidated and the students achieved significant learning.Related items
