Description
The objective of the research is to analyze the different communication styles used by sixth-grade students of the Bordones Educational Institution, when addressing the conflict, to design a route that allows a transformation. In this sense, it is necessary to understand the conflict, such as the differences that may exist in the relationships established by two or more people, which can be resolved in different ways, being communication, the most appropriate means. The study is framed in the qualitative paradigm, with a socio-critical approach and action research as the type of applied design. The results show that the communication style most used by students, even though they understand that it is not the most appropriate, is aggressive, which is manifested in the use of foul vocabulary, shouting, insults, nicknames, as a natural part of the relationships and as a way of dealing with conflict.
