DOI: https://doi.org/10.31948/rev.criterios/25.2-art3 This research article has genesis in the theoretical framework of the research proposal, called “Theoretical Conceptions and Practical Development of the Didactics of Law Programs in Private Universities of the Department of Nariño”. The general objective was to analyze the theoretical conceptions and the practical development of the didactic of the teachers of the programs of Right in the private universities of the department of Nariño. Specific objectives were, initially, to identify the theoretical conceptions of the didactic of these teachers, to characterize the didactic process present in the pedagogical practice of the classroom and, later, to establish the successes, gaps and weaknesses in the didactic process of the classroom. Finally, we propose didactic alternatives in the process of teaching, learning and evaluation of the Law programs in the universities of the department of Nariño. The methodology was within a qualitative approach, framed within the hermeneutic-descriptive paradigm. Within the results obtained, it is expected to generate reflection processes among the teachers, and to initiate with them the adoption of didactic alternatives that complement the professional practice of the legal profession.
