DOI: https://doi.org/10.31948/rev.criterios.25.1-art-5 This article describes the implementation of strategies to strengthen the organizational climate at the Clínica Oftalmológica Praga S.A.S. For this purpose, a diagnosis that included 35 collaborators and allowed knowing the status of this variable was made. This diagnosis was obtained through the ‘Theory and Techniques of Organizational Development’ test of Marín, Melgar and Castaño (2015). Based on the results obtained in this test, a work with the leaders of each process was done, considering that their role within the organization plays an indispensable role for being entities of motivation and influence in their work groups. The execution of transformative actions integrated sub-variables such as Direction, Involvement in change, Conflict resolution, Information exchange, among others, which greatly contributed to the improvement of the welfare of the organization and its collaborators.
