Descripción
This article raises the importance of the emotional competencies of the educational teachers which must be consolidated in common union with the professional competencies, to carry out work beyond the simple fulfillment of the academic. Their impact is manifested in the way they carry out their actions and the relationships they establish with boys and girls. To achieve comprehensive training, educational teachers must raise awareness of their role and seek both professional and personal development. Considering the research findings, a learning resource is proposed that seeks to inform, motivate and awaken the interest of the agents to strengthen and manage their emotional competencies. The study is part of a mixed research process, in which quantitative and qualitative data are involved, to achieve a deep understanding and greater analysis of the subject of study.Ítems relacionados
