Description
This research was born from the need to inquire about the perception of the pedagogical practice of teachers of the Diploma in Conciliation offered by the Estudiar Aula Sin Fronteras School. For this, the group of teachers linked to the number 19 promotion of the diploma in the period August - December 2017 was chosen. The methodology was located in the line of research on Pedagogical Practice in the area of Teacher Training; the teaching was analyzed through a qualitative paradigm, with a hermeneutic perspective and a comprehensive descriptive approach, with the use of instruments such as individual semi-structured interviews; in a complementary way the survey was used. With the results obtained, a teaching strategy was designed that is based on Problem-Based Learning and case studies in addition to the use of technological resources.
