Article of results of the teacher research process on the impact on the social and academic environmentof the graduates of the Nursing Program of Universidad Mariana, with the formulation of five specificobjectives that respond to the inquiry about the employment status, graduates who are part of communitiesor associations, number of distinctions and / or significant awards received, employers’ appreciation of thequality of training and professional performance, and the appreciation of the graduates about the qualityof the training received and how the program has favored the project of life.Given the nature of the problem under study, the research is part of the positivist paradigm with analyticaldescriptive empirical approach in order to make accurate descriptions of the reality of the impact on thesocial and academic environment of graduates.
