This article started with the epistemological position of Bachelard (2007), who stresses the need to train future researchers, complemented from the perspectives of theoreticians such as Bracho (2012), Burbules and Callister (2008), Chiroque (2007), Gómez and Maldonado (2005), Jenkins, Ford and Green (2015), Tamayo and Restrepo (n.d.), among others. Methodologically, it is a documentary with bibliographic and analytical design. It culminates with reflections centered on the need to display knowledge that allows us to see and assume reality, to make tangible the research culture and the scientific spirit in the educational and research work, developing collective consciousness about the need to transform the current state of the things, for one that goes to the encounter of the true knowledge of practical and objective sense of a more rational and probable investigative culture, that has conclusions universally accepted as valid in the society of knowledge for social progress.
