Description
Perception of customer service in the laundry area at the Military School of Cadets “General José María Córdova”Based on a descriptive-exploratory approach, this article aims to identify the conformity and evaluate the quality of the laundry service provided at the Military School of Cadets (Esmic) through field research. Initially, the flaws presented in the service were determined, based on the concept of customer service and the perceptions of the selected sample; then an analysis of the results obtained in the survey was carried out to identify the fields of action for the optimization of the laundry service. The research showed that the general perception is acceptable and that the users are satisfied with the service, however, it should be tending to improve, since the degree of efficiency of the service is directly related to compliance and satisfaction, aspects that the Institution must have constantly monitored to ensure a reliable and well-positioned image among users.Related items
