Family businesses throughout history have become major contributors to the regional, national and international economy, characterized since their birth by being conformed by a family system. Therefore, the need for a regional study is justified from this position, where it aims to understand the familiar factors of Túquerres, in order to generate recommendations against the particularities found, for which the economic-cultural environment and the family dynamics were considered as categories of analysis.This process is approached from a qualitative paradigm, historical hermeneutical approach and type of research case study. We worked with a total of three family businesses in the municipality of Túquerres and took into account the interview in depth as a technique of information collection.
