The article describes the advances of the research proposal entitled “Design of an inclusive business model for pilot projects assigned to the Social Foundation as a practice of corporate social responsibility”, aimed at proposing an inclusive business model design for the company Melkochas Don José located in La Unión, Nariño.The research was descriptive, based on the analytical empirical approach, which was born from the initiative of companies to perfect their conditions of production and marketing and, in the interest of the Social Foundation to improve the social conditions of the region. Mariana University proposed a diagnosis of the value chain of the company Melkochas Don José, for the construction of a model capable of improving its production and marketing processes and, to its suppliers, social conditions and economic growth. The advances to date allow showing that from the concept of inclusive business it is possible to strengthen the chain, the development of the region and the Institution.
