This article describes the demographic and job characteristics of graduates of graduate programs in Health that Mariana University offers, both in own programs and Specialization Patient Care in Critical Condition, Specialization in Management of Health Promotion and Disease prevention, and graduate programs in agreement with the University of Medellin CES: Health Specialization Audit, Management of Occupational Health and Public Health Management, graduates of the periods between 2002 and 2012. A methodology used was descriptive, retrospective; it was sampled a total of 149 graduates, who were applied a structured survey. Among the results it highlights that the employment situation of graduates of the study period is favorable, considering that most are employees, happy with their current job, serving in positions directly related to their posgradual training.
