Descripción

This article is a summary of the conceptual and theoretical revision that supports research conducted with ninth graders of Secondary School Education Center Municipal La Caldera. In its development were collected contributions from authors that address education through competencies, pragmatic and leisure and recreational strategies oriented towards strengthening pragmatic competence, highlighting the importance acquired by the application of knowledge in real contexts, where students apply what they learn, in such a way that learning can go beyond the threshold of the theory and can be useful, in order to the school group confront learning situations where understanding and application of knowledge become evident.
