Description

The purpose of the project is to analyze the managerial structure of the organi-zations of the sector, determining their conformation and participation in the eco-nomic context of Nariño Department. From the knowledge obtained surged an interest to structure a plan of improve-ment, orientated to strengthening those areas of the company that have major development or better functioning and to establish alternatives that allow to correct the opposing weaknesses, without losing sight of the total sector as a complex and dynamic whole.The research raised from a quantitative paradigm, empirical - analytical approach, type of study analytical; the population that the study involved was a group of legal representatives or delegates from 214 organizations. As compilation techniques the documentary review and the survey were privileged.
