Resumen
Reading is a process in which people learn information and give it their own interpretation. It allows us to develop the ability to concentrate, memory, imagination, creativity and helps improve oral and written expression to function well in society. For this reason, it is important to create reading habits from an early age.
Regarding what was stated, it was observed that students present difficulties in the reading process since they do not understand what they read and others have difficulty reading, which affects their learning and academic performance.
Therefore, this research project is aimed at strengthening the reading process through playful strategies to improve student learning in which the central research problem was formulated under the following question: How does the process effect of reading in the learning of second grade students of the General Santander educational institution of the Casacará Cesar district?
