Resumen

The purpose of this study was aimed at promoting spaces for participation in primary students of the Trujillo educational institution through social literature, the lack of citizen participation forces us to look for alternatives or pedagogical strategies that mitigate the lack of citizen participation in the students of the educational establishment through the practice of values, duties and rights in order to improve school participation and obtain optimal understanding for the development of classes. For the development of this research, different theories and concepts and theoretical foundations are taken into account with which to demonstrate the results obtained and reconcile the discussion raised by the phenomenon under study. It is based on Piaget's statement: "The lack of commitment and responsibility in the exercise of participation makes the learning process difficult, since learning requires the active participation of the subject in his or her closest environment, since the origin of all knowledge It is in this subject-medium interaction. This is a Qualitative Research under a typology of action research and a socio-critical approach, with which it is expected, after the application of a pedagogical strategy, to transform the reality experienced after diagnosis in the Trujillo de Becerril educational institution, and project it as an entity that promotes values, men with responsibility and critical thinking, leaders with respect for the common good, and respectful of plurality, as well as their own identity.
