La investigación se desarrolló con el objetivo de comprender las habilidades emocionales presentes en el personal de salud al momento de atender los casos de abuso sexual infantil en una empresa social del estado del departamento de Nariño, abordándola desde tres categorías principales, como lo son el conocimiento emocional, la regulación emocional y las vivencias del
personal de salud, el paradigma utilizado hace referencia al cualitativo con enfoque hermenéutico y tipo fenomenológico y como instrumentos se utilizaron el grupo focal y la entrevista estructurada.
En los resultados de la investigación se reconoce principalmente la importancia de trabajar las habilidades emocionales encaminadas a brindarle al paciente una atención humanizada y digna que les permita llevar un buen proceso desde las rutas asignadas, permitiendo el acercamiento, la confianza, la comunicación y la seguridad en la atención a sus pacientes.
The research was developed with the objective of understanding the emotional skills present in health personnel when dealing with cases of child sexual abuse in a social enterprise in the state of the department of Nariño, addressing it from three main categories, such as knowledge emotional regulation, emotional regulation and the experiences of health personnel, the paradigm used refers to qualitative with a hermeneutic and phenomenological approach and the focus group and structured interview were used as instruments. The research results mainly recognize the importance of working on emotional skills aimed at providing the patient with humanized and dignified care that allows them to carry out a good process from the assigned routes, allowing rapprochement, trust, communication and security in caring for their patients.
