Impacto de la proyección social del programa de fisioterapia en el periodo 2019-2023

Abstract

La investigación tuvo como objetivo principal medir el impacto de las actividades de proyección social realizadas por el programa de fisioterapia en estudiantes y la comunidad beneficiaria. Se identificó que el programa de fisioterapia llevó a cabo diversas actividades de proyección social; sin embargo, no se implementaron indicadores de impacto para medir la efectividad de estas actividades. La investigación se basó en un enfoque cuantitativo y descriptivo, utilizando encuestas aplicadas a estudiantes y la comunidad beneficiaria para medir el impacto y las percepciones sobre las actividades de proyección social. El estudio se enfocó en la población de estudiantes y la comunidad beneficiaria que participó en las actividades de proyección social del programa de fisioterapia, con el objetivo de caracterizar y medir el impacto de estas actividades. Se recopiló información sobre características sociodemográficas, participación en actividades de proyección social, y percepciones sobre el impacto de estas actividades. Se esperaba que los resultados de esta investigación proporcionaran insumos objetivos para el mejoramiento de los procesos de extensión a nivel institucional y del programa, así como para el cumplimiento de los requerimientos de acreditación.The research aimed to measure the impact of social outreach activities carried out by the physiotherapy program on students and the beneficiary community. It was identified that the physiotherapy program conducted various social outreach activities; however, impact indicators were not implemented to measure the effectiveness of these activities. The research was based on a quantitative and descriptive approach, using surveys applied to students and the beneficiary community to measure the impact and perceptions of the social outreach activities. The study focused on the population of students and the beneficiary community who participated in the social outreach activities of the physiotherapy program, with the aim of characterizing and measuring the impact of these activities. Information was collected on sociodemographic characteristics, participation in social outreach activities, and perceptions of the impact of these activities. It was expected that the results of this research would provide objective inputs for the improvement of extension processes at the institutional and program levels, as well as for meeting accreditation requirements.
