Music can and should be understood from broad aspects and towards endless possibilities, so it is inherent to the human being the fact that it is capable of transcending in such a way that it can promote qualities, as well as eradicate shortcomings from the individual to the general population. In the development of this article, some of the musical processes that have been carried out at the Universidad Mariana with children, adolescents, and young people are described, where one of the fundamental objectives has been and will continue to be, not only the cultural strengthening from the guidelines of the university but also, to train integral people who contribute from their individuality, to a society that today needs an even broader vision.
