Descripción

The article refers to the process carried out by the University Orientation Zone of the Universidad Mariana from 2018 to date, to consolidate evidence-based semiannual and annual planning, where important technical assistance has been received from the Ministryof Justice and the Law and the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime. Some references to the social context are presented, and the needs assessment is exposed, which has given rise to the foundation of the updated baseline, some actions that can be considered good practices are appreciated, which contribute to the transformation of factors of risk and the consolidation of protective factors. Likewise, the internal resources that the ZOU has relied on are mentioned, and external resources, inter-institutional articulations, and networking are evidenced; a synthesis of the action plans developed semi-annually and annually is observed and, finally, some conclusions are made in the form of learning, good practices and lessons learned.
