dc.description.abstract | El trabajo propone un modelo para incorporar prácticas de un arquitecto de software en equipos Scrum que desarrollan proyectos de mediana complejidad. A través de un mapeo sistemático de literatura, se identificaron prácticas arquitectónicas, categorizadas en áreas como diseño, documentación y evaluación. Posteriormente, se diseñó y validó el proceso IPARES (Identificar, Proponer, Analizar, Realizar, Evaluar, Sustentar), adaptado al marco Scrum. Los resultados experimentales muestran alta aceptación del proceso, destacando su eficiencia y aplicabilidad en equipos pequeños, reduciendo la dependencia de roles externos | es_ES |
