Descripción
In this research, a life cycle analysis modeling is performed, using the specialized software Simapro Version 9, which seeks to determine environmental impacts identified as eutrophication and CO2 emissions, in order to evaluate treatments available, such as raw materials; Ananás Comosus or pineapple, which, in their final disposal phase, are sent to sanitary landfills, in their post-consumption stage, operations for the extraction of colorants will be used, through the process known as supercritical extraction. Aspects that are relevant for the life cycle analysis were also analyzed, Finally, it was determined that each of the processes that make use of this raw material generate impacts, under considerations of Colombian laws and regulations.
