Description

The present study focused on the implementation of a training and development plan for graduates and students of last semesters of the Cooperativa Universidad Pasto, which supports the process of insertion into working life, through personalized advice aimed at the population mentioned. The above was achieved through the creation and implementation of a Manual of Personalized Counseling, focused on guiding, accompanying and providing necessary knowledge to those advised in the process of entering the labor market, achieving that they identify, appropriate and assimilate the subjects taught by students and graduates.
