Descripción
The importance of the organizational climate lies in its management and constitutes a commitment and responsibility for managers, which influences the obtaining of results, both for the worker and for the Institution. This study was addressed in an observational manner, assessing in a transversal way the influence of leadership styles in the organizational climate in the IPS Corafrosalud of San Andrés de Tumaco - Nariño. Leadership, decision-making, motivation, individual behavior and organizational structure become the framework from which the leadership style establishes its positive influence, denoting a good working environment, thereby allowing it to direct its actions until reaching the objectives proposed by the organization, and achieving the leaders, that their followers want to go beyond their personal interests to achieve these objectives.
