This article presents the results of a professorial research about the impact on the social and academic graduates of the Nursing Program of Mariana University, presenting the results of the first specific objective: Identify the number of graduates of Nursing program at Mariana University in the period between 2008 and 2012, who are now working at departmental, national and international level in order to know the employment rate among nurses program.As part of the methodology, analytical empirical approach was used to identify the fundamental characteristics of graduates, and a descriptive study in order to make accurate descriptions of the reality of the impact on the social and academic graduates without influencing them in any way.
